Statement of Condolence for the Earthquake in the Southern Philippines

On June 8, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck off the coast of Mindanao in the southern Philippines. On behalf of Nichiren Shu, I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to all those affected by this disaster.
May peaceful daily life return as soon as possible to all those affected by this disaster.
Nichiren Shu upholds the spirit of reverence for all existence — "With You, For All" — and will continue to stand closely by every precious life.
